Born in Sichuan, China

Lives & works in Bath, UK

I am a contemporary fibre and mixed media artist based in Bath, United Kingdom.

My practice explores the relationship between material, memory and transformation through textiles, felt and mixed media. I am fascinated by how everyday materials can carry traces of time, emotion and personal experience, and I enjoy discovering unexpected possibilities through making.

With a background in graphic design, business management and fashion design, I approach my work from both artistic and design perspectives. I combine traditional handcraft techniques with contemporary methods, allowing materials to evolve naturally throughout the creative process.

Natural fibres, wool and handmade felt are at the heart of my practice. I am drawn to their tactile qualities, organic textures and ability to create sculptural forms that exist between textile, sculpture and painting. Experimentation is an essential part of my process, and each work develops through observation, repetition and an openness to the unexpected.

Alongside my studio practice, I share my creative journey through social media, documenting experiments, techniques and the development of new work. I hope my work encourages people to slow down, look closely and appreciate the beauty of materials, craftsmanship and transformation.

I am currently building my artistic practice in the United Kingdom and welcome opportunities for exhibitions, artist residencies, collaborations and commissioned projects.
